As a Services Associate, Integration and Development on the USI Digital team, you will be responsible for delivering business solutions to internal stakeholders through helpdesk tickets, mini-implementation projects, and initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and innovation.
- Manage helpdesk tickets and deliver resolutions aligned with quality standards and service level agreements.
- Create reports in Adobe Workfront based on stakeholder requirements and customize the Workfront instance, including custom forms, layout templates, access levels, and user management.
- Support implementation activities by managing project tasks, documenting meeting notes, setting up project plans in Workfront, and collaborating with team members.
- Plan and conduct training sessions on tool navigation and respond to stakeholder questions through tickets and meetings.
- Perform data governance activities, collaborate with teams within USI Digital and CMG in a consultative role, and support team workload during high-volume periods.

USI Digital team offers innovative solutions that enable CMG to execute with agility, drive closed-looped marketing, and achieve operational excellence by optimizing data, tools, people, and processes.
- Partners with various CMG channels to deliver data-driven insights in the form of dashboards and reports that help make informed decisions.
- Provides end-to-end support around database management, reporting, and maintenance activities.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and reporting.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience working in Adobe Workfront.
- Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering.
- Experience creating reports in Adobe Workfront based on stakeholder requirements.
- Experience customizing Adobe Workfront, including custom forms, layout templates, access levels, and user management.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
Preferred:
- MBA.
- Experience managing helpdesk tickets aligned with quality standards and service level agreements.
- Experience planning and conducting tool training sessions.
- Experience supporting implementation projects in Adobe Workfront.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
