The SGM Shared services team within the US Firm’s Growth & Purpose organization is seeking a Deputy Manager (USI) to support the Leadership Support team on a full-time basis. In partnership with SGM Leadership and the SGM Program Office, this role will lead day-to-day Leadership Support activities, driving execution across key workstreams including process optimization, technology integration, governance, and stakeholder management. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for owning multiple workstreams, driving project delivery against strategic milestones, and delivering scalable efficiencies across SGMs through automation and AI-led solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Analytics and Insights on the Leadership Support team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead execution of strategic deliverables, stand-up initiatives, and cross-market priorities across Strategic Growth Markets
- Drive process transformation, operating model improvement, and automation initiatives using technology and artificial intelligence-enabled solutions
- Own end-to-end management of leadership requests, including reporting, insights generation, and coordination across finance, operations, and program management office activities
- Develop executive-level presentations, communications, dashboards, and reporting materials for leadership decision-making
- Manage governance activities including milestone tracking, risk management, status reporting, and workstream coordination
- Lead stakeholder engagement across SGM leadership, shared services, program office, and enabling areas, while mentoring junior team members and supporting knowledge sharing
The team
Strategic Growth Markets invest in a portfolio of markets that are disrupted, emerging or 'new to us' to drive the next wave of purposeful cross-business growth for the US Firm, in alignment with the Growth & Purpose strategy. Leadership Support is a cross-functional team within SGM Shared Services responsible for translating strategy into execution for SGM leaders, chiefs, and their supporting teams.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 7-9 years of experience in consulting, operations, program management office, or analytics roles
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboarding, and executive-level presentation development
- Experience using Power BI or Tableau, and working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, strategic programs, or process re-engineering initiatives
- Experience working with senior leadership and managing cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience using Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), or R
- Experience using data transformation tools such as Alteryx or Snowflake
- Experience leading automation or artificial intelligence-enabled transformation initiatives
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Experience supporting strategic investment operations or program office activities
