Position Summary

The Artificial Intelligence Strategic Growth Market (AI SGM) is looking for a Full-Stack developer for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will play a key role in implementing state-of-the-art AI technologies and work on building practical applications of these technologies, collaborating with stakeholders across the firm to build prototypes and apps. You will also proactively showcase live demos of R&D-built prototype applications to business stakeholders, to help foster the adoption of transformative technologies.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist, AI and Data Science on the AI Strategic Growth Market team, you will be responsible for:

  • Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.
  • Create user-centric interfaces and responsive designs that support efficient application performance.
  • Build and manage APIs and services that integrate application components across the technology stack.
  • Write, test, debug, and upgrade maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members across the software development lifecycle to prototype, deploy, and enhance AI-enabled applications.

The team

The AI Strategic Growth Market team focuses on building practical, scalable applications that help bring emerging artificial intelligence capabilities into day-to-day business use. The team works across front-end and back-end development, prototyping, and stakeholder collaboration to turn innovative ideas into usable tools and experiences. This role is part of a collaborative environment where engineering, product thinking, and applied AI come together to support innovation across the firm.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-6 years of professional experience in product development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Commerce
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with React or Angular
  • Experience with Node.js or Python
  • Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent database technologies
  • Experience with RESTful APIs

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or another specified technical field
  • Certification or experience in artificial intelligence, automation, semantic analytics, or visualization technologies
  • Experience with Git and version control systems
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience using AI-first development environments and agentic workflows to support software development lifecycle activities
