Work you'll do
As an Analyst Analytics and Insights on the GPS CAM AES team, you will be responsible for:
- Entering critical data into forms and applications according to written instructions and established processes
- Creating client-ready documents, presentations, and reports using templates, brand guidelines, and online research
- Gathering and analyzing opportunity information from multiple sources to map capabilities, classify findings, and deliver reports and recommendations to account teams
- Reviewing RFP, RFI, and contract documents to identify scope of services requested in statements of work
- Supporting multiple accounts by completing assigned deliverables in line with service level agreements, standard operating procedures, and quality standards
The team
The GPS CAM AES team focuses on bringing efficiencies and leading practices to Deloitte’s client account teams. GPS CAM AES professionals assist Deloitte’s client account leaders in strengthening how we serve our most important clients. AES professionals execute internal account operations thereby enabling account leaders to focus on more strategic activities for our clients.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA, full-time
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Experience creating presentations, reports, and other business documents in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Experience conducting secondary research and organizing findings into structured outputs
- Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Experience reviewing information for accuracy and completing deliverables according to defined instructions, templates, and process requirements
Preferred:
- Experience supporting account management, pursuits, or client service activities in a professional services environment
- Experience working with customer relationship management tools or administrative processes
- Experience analyzing opportunity information and preparing summary reports or recommendations
- Experience formatting presentations according to brand guidelines
- Experience synthesizing and presenting information in a structured manner
- Experience supporting multiple assignments in a team-based environment
