As a(n) Services Associate, Business Development and Account Enablement on the EOX CoAE team, you will be responsible for…
- Developing, customizing, and maintaining web pages and web applications for SharePoint and other internal enterprise platforms
- Building responsive, cross-browser, and cross-platform solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, and TypeScript
- Integrating web solutions with application programming interfaces, backend services, and content management systems
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing web applications for performance, stability, and usability
- Supporting deployments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
The team
EOX CoAE professionals assist client leaders in strengthening how we serve our most important clients. EOX CoAE Professionals execute internal account operations, such that the account leaders can focus on delivering value for our clients.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Master of Computer Applications, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in web development
- Experience developing web solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery
- Experience building responsive and cross-browser web applications
- Experience working with web content management systems
- Experience using TypeScript
- Experience supporting application maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
Preferred:
- Experience developing or supporting SharePoint-based web solutions
- Experience integrating web applications with application programming interfaces and backend services
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment
- Experience optimizing web applications for performance and stability
- Experience creating reusable front-end components or templates
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools or use cases in digital experience development
