Work you'll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, Marketing on the Brand Strategy team, you will be responsible for:
- Advise CMOs and business pod leaders on brand strategy, planning, and go-to-market priorities for the Industry, Tax, and Audit & Assurance businesses
- Lead annual planning with business stakeholders, aligning priorities to Deloitte’s broader marketing and business goals
- Develop insight-led brand, content, and campaign strategies using market intelligence, audience research, client feedback, and competitive analysis
- Partner with creative, paid media, and analytics teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel campaigns and content plans, evaluate performance, and recommend optimizations
- Build and develop the brand strategy team, promote a test-and-learn approach, and identify opportunities to use artificial intelligence and other technologies to improve marketing effectiveness
The team
Our Brand Strategy team, part of Brand, Marketing & Communications, comprises thoughtful, creative, and collaborative strategists supporting Deloitte’s businesses. The team orchestrates omnichannel experiences based on audience-led insights and behaviors, driving effectiveness at every stage of the buyer journey. The strategists design and support end-to-end campaign planning and execution, helping business-aligned marketers execute more influential campaigns and multiply Deloitte’s collective marketing impact.
Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM or 11 AM to 4 PM and 8 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 14+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, media planning, campaign planning, or advertising agency roles
- Experience in brand planning, media planning, or campaign planning within an internal marketing team or an external agency
- Experience advising senior business or marketing stakeholders on brand strategy, content strategy, or campaign planning
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and content strategies across owned and paid digital channels
- Experience developing and managing marketing talent
- Experience working on virtual teams within a matrixed organization, preferably in a global corporation or professional services firm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred:
- Experience in professional services, business-to-business marketing, or advertising serving professional services clients
- Experience using audience research, competitive analysis, and client feedback to shape brand or content strategy
- Experience conducting content audits and mapping content to audience needs
- Experience defining brand performance metrics, content key performance indicators, and executive reporting
- Experience applying Agile methodology to marketing planning and execution
- Experience using marketing technologies or artificial intelligence tools to support strategy and execution
