Specialist Executive Manager

We are seeking a Specialist Executive Manager to manage enterprise-level marketing strategy in collaboration with U.S.-based Strategic Marketers, including national marketing leaders, Business Chief Marketing Officers (BCMOs), and senior business, function, practice, or offering leaders. This role shapes long-term campaign vision, manages large-scale budgets, and influences senior stakeholders. Specialist Executive Managers guide content strategy, optimize operations, and represent the organization externally. They are also responsible for building future leadership pipelines and helping drive innovation across portfolios and markets.
Work you’ll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, you will help define and manage strategic marketing initiatives that could drive growth across portfolios, sectors, and markets. You will help shape long-term campaign strategies, prioritize activities, and allocate budgets and resources in alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include establishing enterprise-level collaboration frameworks with Client Account Teams, Research, and Market Intelligence, guiding content strategy to help align with brand vision and market positioning, and influencing senior stakeholders to determine marketing efforts support organizational priorities.
In execution, you will oversee large-scale campaigns and demand strategies across channels, manage budgets and agency relationships, and optimize marketing operations through automation and process improvements. You will represent the organization externally to influence market perception and manage innovation initiatives. Additionally, you will mentor senior team members, provide career development guidance, and support growth planning.
To measure impact, you will manage campaign performance reviews, provide strategic presentations to leadership, and establish KPIs to assess accomplishments. You will help drive advancements in analytics and instrumentation by aligning data strategies with business growth objectives and market positioning.

Experience Required in Enterprise or Business Level Marketing Strategy & Multi-Channel Leadership Including:
· Proven experience developing and amplifying content across multiple channels, curating messages for diverse audiences and formats.
· Demonstrated success in directing media strategy for PR campaigns, including analyzing coverage and sentiment to inform future efforts.
· Experience driving enterprise-level event strategy, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and evaluating return on investment.
· Extensive experience leading account-based and opportunity-based marketing initiatives, with a focus on refining targeting and engagement strategies.
· Proven ability to manage paid advertising initiatives, manage agency relationships, and optimize media mix for strategic impact.
· Experience managing social media strategy, paid initiatives, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand engagement.
· Experienced in optimizing lead scoring models and campaign workflows, analyzing funnel performance, and recommending improvements.
· Demonstrated success in driving a digital experience strategy, optimizing user journeys and conversion paths across platforms.
· Experience leading targeted email campaigns, refining segmentation and personalization strategies to improve engagement and outcomes.

This is a team of trusted advisors that delivers experienced counsel and superior results to the Deloitte U.S. Firms. Specifically, we seek to link communications to business objectives and deliver "quality" over "quantity." With a focus on measurable results, we strive to identify and manage opportunities that will deliver the highest impact for our clients. The Communications Team provides strategic counsel to its clients, developing appropriate communication ideas and programs to further leadership and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 13–16 years of relevant experience in B2B / Professional Services marketing, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing and communication strategies, with demonstrated success in leading large strategic marketing initiatives across multiple business areas.
- MBA (preferred) or any master’s degree.

Deloitte offers a hybrid working environment designed to support flexibility and business requirements. The following schedule applies to this role:
· In the office: Tuesday and Wednesday are designated work-from-office days.
· Work schedule: You can choose to work in a staggered schedule (11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) OR 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. It's a business expectation that you will be available until 11.00pm
