Work you'll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, Design on the Marketing, Brand & Communications team, you will be responsible for:
- Concept and oversee the production of bold, innovative campaigns that support Deloitte’s brand priorities
- Motivate creative teams to execute integrated, cross-channel projects that are strategically aligned, creatively strong, and delivered on time and on budget
- Manage the creative process by reviewing work, optimizing outputs, and maintaining design and brand consistency across deliverables
- Research marketing trends, strategies, and emerging technologies to identify best-fit tools and creative approaches across media
- Present ideas, recommendations, and rationale to stakeholders while advising leaders and teams on communications and marketing strategy

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fine arts, media, visual communication, or a related field
- 14+ years of in-house or agency experience working on integrated, cross-channel campaigns
- Portfolio demonstrating experience developing and producing campaigns for national and international brands, including a minimum of 6 campaigns
- Experience leading creative teams and providing feedback to support quality and development
- Experience maintaining design and brand consistency across print, digital, video, web, visual identity, and style guide deliverables
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite across digital, traditional, and emerging delivery models
- Experience using project management systems to manage assets, workflows, and collaboration across projects
Preferred:
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with US-based stakeholders
- Experience balancing creativity and innovation with business priorities and proof points
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines, stakeholders, and changing requirements
- Experience presenting ideas, recommendations, and rationale to leaders and stakeholders
- Experience coaching junior team members and supporting career development
