The work you’ll do
- Design high-quality external visual assets across print, digital, web, video, and internal communications formats within established brand guidelines.
- Create design work across all phases of development, from creative consultation and concepting through execution, revision, and final production.
- Translate stakeholder input and strategic direction into clear, visually compelling design solutions.
- Build storyboards, rough layouts, and design concepts that communicate ideas effectively and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with design managers, writers, and stakeholders to solve creative challenges and refine output.
- Ensure design work is accurate, on-brand, visually cohesive, and production-ready.
- Contribute to the team’s vision by sharing ideas, visual references, and practical design recommendations.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design and Visual Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital, and illustration-based deliverables.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong illustration capability, including digital illustration; freehand illustration skills are a plus.
- Ability to translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand system.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, iconography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- A wholistic understanding of AI and trends in design.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively within a process-driven environment
Preferred
- Experience working in an advertising agency or large, matrixed, global organization.
- Familiarity with executive communications, integrated campaigns, or internal communications.
- Experience working with Wacom and presentation tools
