Specialist Deputy Manager, Go-To-Market
We are seeking a Specialist Deputy Manager to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns and activations in collaboration with U.S.-based Strategic Marketers, including national and portfolio marketing leaders, and work closely with business or practice leaders. This role drives strategic alignment, manages content, and optimizes performance using data insights. It includes budget ownership, stakeholder management, and leadership of cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on influencing campaign strategy and contributing to business outcomes.
Work you’ll do
As a Specialist Deputy Manager, you will help manage campaign planning by developing content strategies aligned with audience needs and business priorities. You will collaborate with Client Account Teams and Research & Insights to help shape targeting strategies using behavioral and market data, determining brand messaging consistency across channels, and present strategic recommendations to leadership. You will also manage campaign budgets, create financial forecasts, and demonstrate ROI while coordinating activations to maintain strategic alignment and operational excellence.
In execution, you will oversee integrated marketing campaigns across paid advertising, SEO/SEM, social media, and events. This includes managing agency relationships, optimizing media mix, and driving video, audio, and email initiatives through refined segmentation and engagement strategies. You will help manage demand generation efforts, optimize performance using data insights, and manage event strategies for key business units.
To measure impact, you will conduct advanced campaign analysis, connect insights to business objectives, and optimize workflows, manage scoring models, and funnel performance. You will also enhance digital experiences by improving conversion paths and recommending user-driven optimizations, while maintaining dashboards and instrumentation for performance tracking tied to business outcomes.

Experience Required in Integrated Marketing Leadership & Channel Optimization Including:
Digital strategy and media performance
Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, overseeing agency relationships, and recommending media mix enhancements.
Experience optimizing SEO/SEM bidding and targeting strategies and managing vendor relationships for performance improvement.
Demonstrated success in driving digital experience strategy, optimizing user journeys, and recommending enhancements based on behavioral data.
Content, brand, and experiential marketing
Ability to curate and repurpose content for new audiences, amplify key messages, and identify content gaps.
Demonstrated success in driving event strategy, managing key stakeholder relationships, and evaluating return on investment.
Experience leading strategic digital marketing activations such as video, podcast, webcasts, or webinars, including production, distribution, and performance analysis.
Demand generation and growth marketing
Experience analyzing funnel performance, optimizing campaign workflows, and recommending improvements based on data insights.
Experience leading account-based and opportunity-based marketing initiatives, including refining targeting and engagement strategies.
Demonstrated ability to qualify leads, track engagement, and support audience segmentation for demand generation efforts.
Ability to lead targeted email campaigns, optimize personalization strategies, and manage stakeholder communications.

Qualifications
7–10 years of relevant experience in B2B / Professional Services marketing, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing and communication strategies.
MBA (preferred) or any Master’s degree.

In the office: Tuesday and Wednesday are designated work-from-office days.
Work schedule: You can choose to work in a staggered schedule (11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) OR 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. It's a business expectation that you will be available until 11.00pm
