Specialist Assistant Manager, Marketing Performance Analytics

Drive customer journey measurement and optimization for Deloitte’s Brand, Marketing & Communications organization. In this role, you will translate stakeholder needs into analytics, platform, and activation capabilities across Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform. You will work across marketing, product, and technology teams to identify journey insights, define technical requirements, and turn data into measurable business value. Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Marketing Performance Analytics on the Technology, Performance & Enablement team, you will be responsible for leading customer journey analytics and optimization initiatives across Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform.

  • Partner with marketing, global product, and technology teams to intake demand, refine problem statements, define scope, and support execution within an Agile framework
  • Define and monitor customer journey performance indicators, identify friction points, and translate insights into prioritized optimization opportunities across channels and touchpoints
  • Support delivery of Adobe Experience Platform use cases, including journey measurement, audience segmentation, activation, and data governance enhancements
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for platform and journey enhancements while managing backlog hygiene, dependencies, and release readiness
  • Present performance findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage project trackers, expectations, and delivery timelines

The Technology, Performance & Enablement (TP&E) team operates as a central hub for the BM&C’s technology ecosystem, driving performance measurement, and enabling data-driven decision-making. We partner closely with multiple teams to translate marketing and business needs into scalable platform enhancements, new use cases, and measurable improvements in customer experience and performance outcomes.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6-8 years of experience in digital analytics, customer journey analytics, marketing technology, or product analytics
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including datasets, events, identity concepts, audiences or segments, activation integrations, or data governance
  • Experience defining and monitoring journey measurement frameworks, including conversion, drop-off, engagement, velocity, funnel analysis, cohorts, experimentation, or attribution
  • Experience working with large datasets, SQL, analytics reporting approaches, or tracking requirement definition
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for analytics, journey, or platform enhancements
  • Experience managing stakeholder requests, project trackers, dependencies, and delivery outcomes in a matrixed environment
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred:

  • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience partnering with engineering or architecture teams to deliver platform enhancements
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Certification in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time Customer Data Platform, or Journey Optimizer
  • MBA or master’s degree
