Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Content Management on the Marketing Excellence team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, building, and managing web pages, landing pages, registration forms, and email templates aligned with campaign goals and brand standards
- Creating, editing, scheduling, and publishing content across website, email, social media, and other digital channels to support business priorities
- Executing and optimizing email campaigns using marketing automation platforms, including audience journey mapping, A/B testing, and dynamic content personalization
- Collaborating with marketers, MarTech leads, developers, and external vendors to improve user experience, reporting, personalization, and campaign execution
- Leading quality assurance reviews, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting team delivery through Agile ways of working, stakeholder coordination, and people management

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 6-9 years of experience in content authoring, publishing, email campaign management, lead generation, or digital marketing operations
- Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Eloqua, Sprinklr, or similar digital publishing and marketing platforms
- Experience creating HTML, HTML5, and CSS-based email templates, landing pages, or registration forms
- Experience executing email campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Marketo, or HubSpot
- Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Experience leading quality assurance reviews and reviewing deliverables before deployment
Preferred:
- Experience with JavaScript
- Experience planning or supporting programmatic display advertising campaigns
- Experience managing team performance, stakeholder engagement, or training and development
- Experience working in an agency marketing environment
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities, reducing production time, and supporting scalability
