Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the USI Tax Growth and Development team, you will be responsible for designing and managing learning solutions that support business and performance outcomes.
- Design and develop technical, professional, onboarding, engagement-readiness, and milestone learning solutions for the business
- Apply instructional design methodologies and technology-enabled learning approaches across live, digital, and on-the-job learning experiences
- Plan and execute end-to-end learning programs, including participant registration, facilitator onboarding, train-the-trainer sessions, and day-of-program management
- Partner with business stakeholders, vendors, Learning Delivery, and Evaluations teams to support communications, delivery, reporting, and continuous improvement
- Analyze program data, risks, and outcomes to inform decisions, improve solutions, and report progress to management and stakeholders

Within the larger HR services umbrella, the USI Tax Growth and Development team owns the Growth and Development charter for the USI Tax practice. This team supports all India locations. The team works in conjunction with the Tax business to cover Technical, Industry, Professional and Leadership skills.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development
- Experience designing and developing learning interventions for business or performance outcomes
- Experience managing end-to-end learning programs or multiple projects
- Experience analyzing data, metrics, or feedback to improve learning solutions and measure impact
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in training and development, human resources development, education, or organizational psychology
