Work you'll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, Talent Development on the Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as a performance consultant and strategic advisor to Talent and USI/US Enterprise Solutions stakeholders to design development solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Leading the design and delivery of learning programs across continuous learning, role-readiness, project-readiness, and professional and leadership development
- Managing end-to-end program execution, including stakeholder coordination, vendor collaboration, facilitator onboarding, train-the-trainer support, learner experience, and program scalability
- Using data, budget planning, and forecasting to guide decisions, measure impact, improve operational efficiency, and support responsible financial management
- Leading and developing team members through coaching, feedback, performance management, capability building, and knowledge sharing

The USI G&D leadership has noted the significant growth of the function (CAGR growth of more than 20% Y-o-Y), and acknowledged the need for developing high caliber, professional services leaders to manage a profitable and client centric practice. This team architects the development experience and solutions for the professionals working in India in Deloitte’s Enterprise Solutions.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12-15 years of experience in learning, talent development, leadership development, or workforce development program management
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business, Talent, or human resources functions
- Experience leading multiple projects or programs concurrently
- Experience using data, reporting, or insights to inform decisions and measure program impact
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, or program financials
- Experience leading people, including coaching, performance management, and team development
Preferred:
- Prior consulting or professional services experience
