Structured to achieve tight alignment with the businesses while advancing Deloitte’s brand in the marketplace, this team consists of dedicated Development Advisors and Subject Matter Advisors (SMAs).
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for managing high-visibility onboarding and learning programs that build software engineering capabilities across the firm.
- Lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of Launchpad and Engineering Bootcamp programs for USI new hire professionals in collaboration with SEED team members, DTA teams, business leaders, subject matter resources, and Talent colleagues.
- Manage program delivery logistics, including scheduling, materials, trainers, and external vendor or certification provider coordination.
- Support bootcamp strategy and operations through project management, status reporting, planning, and annual priority-setting.
- Partner with curriculum and business stakeholders to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs for existing professionals.
- Manage junior team members, resources, budgets, and processes to support an effective learning experience.

In our US India offices, the Learning & Development team supports capability development, professional networking and career progression for the region's professionals. The team specializes in connecting the dots between internal and external team members to provide a wholistic learning solution to business and come across as one.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Postgraduate qualification in Learning and Development, Talent Development, Business Administration, or equivalent degree or certification such as DTD (ISTD), Master of Business Administration (MBA), PGDBA, or PGDBM
- 10+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Talent Development in matrixed organizations serving international markets
- Experience in training process management, training needs identification, learning strategy, curriculum design, and program delivery
- Experience managing technology-related learning programs
- Experience in vendor management, project management, cross-border stakeholder management, and financial management
Preferred:
- Experience demonstrating business impact of learning initiatives through program outcomes, adoption metrics, or stakeholder reporting
- Experience applying adult learning principles to program design and delivery
- Experience analyzing data to identify performance gaps and validate hypotheses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel
- Experience supporting technology-related training and understanding technology trends
- Experience using learning technologies and enabling adoption of new tools
