As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent development on the Deloitte Leadership & Human Potential team, you will be responsible for…
- Conduct secondary research on internal and external best practices in Culture & Belonging, Purpose, and Rewards, Recognition, Wellbeing learning
- Apply research findings to design learning solutions and strategies aligned with firm priorities
- Facilitate the development of digital learning experiences focused on leadership and human skills
- Manage multiple projects, including project plans, task tracking, status reporting, and risk identification
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to support the planning, creation, review, and delivery of learning interventions and experiences

Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential (DLHP): DLHP addresses skills development to enable business performance and the growth of our professionals’ human potential. DLHP aims to serve leaders at all levels via three areas of leadership skills development: Foundational Leadership, Marketplace Leadership and Human Potential. DLHP is in the business of enabling human-oriented leaders to bring their best selves to work, life, and community.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of professional experience in learning and development, talent development, instructional design, project management, program management, or consulting
- Experience managing multiple projects and tracking deliverables across workstreams
- Experience conducting secondary research and applying findings to learning solutions or strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience with digital learning technologies or authoring tools, including Zoomforth, CURA, or Brainshark
Preferred:
- Experience supporting learning and development programs within a professional services organization
- Experience managing vendor relationships and internal stakeholder communications
- Experience developing digital learning experiences focused on leadership or human skills
- Experience documenting project specifications and detailed project plans
- Experience reviewing learning interventions and experiences for quality and accuracy
