Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development
The Specialist Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing complex learning journeys for EP and HC campus hire cohorts, with a focus on designing and delivering customized onboarding experiences that enable rapid integration into tech roles. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence, with ownership of end-to-end program execution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of the learner experience. In addition, the incumbent will manage PMP training at the Green Dot level, including planning, rollout coordination, vendor management, and budget support.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and managing customized learning journeys for campus hires aligned to business priorities and role requirements
- Leading end-to-end onboarding execution for campus hire cohorts, including delivery planning, timelines, dependencies, and operational readiness
- Partnering with business leaders, offering leads, subject matter specialists, and support teams to align learning content, sequencing, and delivery approach
- Managing Green Dot PMP training activities, including rollout coordination, vendor liaison, delivery readiness, and budget support
- Monitoring learner experience and program effectiveness and implementing process improvements to strengthen quality, consistency, and scalability
The team
The Talent Development team designs and delivers learning experiences that support workforce readiness and business priorities. The team partners with stakeholders across the organization to create onboarding and development programs that help talent build capability and transition effectively into their roles. This team also drives consistency, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across learning initiatives.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 6-8 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or program management
- Experience managing onboarding, training, or learning programs
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, business point-of-contact teams, and external vendors
- Experience managing project timelines, dependencies, and delivery plans
- Experience supporting program tracking, documentation, and continuous improvement activities
Preferred:
- Experience supporting campus hire onboarding or early career learning programs
- Experience designing learning journeys aligned to business or role requirements
- Experience managing programs involving large learner populations
- Experience coordinating training delivery for technology-focused roles
- Experience supporting training budgets, rollout administration, or vendor coordination
