We are hiring a Deputy Manager – Curriculum Development (CL 4.5) to support the design, development, and execution of learning programs for Audit & Assurance (A&A) professionals across the US.
This role will work closely with US and USI stakeholders to develop and operationalize learning solutions, ensure seamless program execution, and drive continuous improvements through data insights—while building strong foundational capabilities in curriculum and learning strategy.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Talent Development on the Audit & Assurance Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the design, development, and enhancement of learning programs and curriculum components for Audit & Assurance professionals
- Managing end-to-end execution of assigned programs, including planning, tracking, delivery coordination, and program readiness activities
- Partnering with stakeholders, subject matter specialists, and cross-functional teams to align content, timelines, and business needs
- Tracking learning metrics, feedback, and program outcomes to generate reporting and recommend program improvements
- Identifying and resolving program and operational issues while supporting high-quality learner experiences in a virtual, cross-border environment

The Audit & Assurance Growth & Development team designs and delivers learning experiences that help professionals build technical capability, strengthen performance, and support business priorities. This team works closely with US and USI stakeholders, subject matter specialists, and enabling teams to develop curriculum, execute programs, and continuously improve learning outcomes. Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM / 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 6-9 years of experience in learning and development, program management, or curriculum support roles
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting curriculum development, content updates, or learning program delivery
- Experience with project planning, timeline management, and coordination of deliverables
- Experience tracking program metrics, learner feedback, or reporting outputs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning systems
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications in learning, instructional design, or project management
- Experience working with US-based stakeholders
- Experience supporting virtual learning delivery or cross-border collaboration
