Specialist Manager, Talent Development
The Manager – US Faculty Sourcing, Deployment & Recognition Strategy will play a pivotal role within Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance Growth & Development Team, based in Hyderabad and serving US business needs. This individual will assume primary responsibility for designing and leading faculty sourcing, deployment, and recognition strategies that enable world-class learning delivery for Audit & Assurance professionals in the US teams. The individual will operate during the 2 pm–11 pm IST shift to ensure seamless engagement with US stakeholders and leadership.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Audit & Assurance Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading faculty sourcing strategies to identify, onboard, and maintain a qualified pool of facilitators, subject matter experts, and external vendors for learning programs.
- Managing faculty deployment for learning initiatives, including scheduling, utilization tracking, performance monitoring, and delivery support across programs and cohorts.
- Designing and executing faculty recognition and engagement approaches that support retention, program quality, and an effective faculty experience.
- Building relationships with US and USI stakeholders, learning teams, business leaders, and vendors to align faculty operations with business priorities and learning objectives.
- Leading operational improvement efforts, including process standardization, reporting, analytics, budget input, and team leadership for faculty-related activities.
The team
The Audit & Assurance Growth & Development team supports the design and delivery of learning experiences that help professionals build technical, leadership, and business capabilities. This role supports US business needs by driving faculty sourcing, deployment, and recognition strategies that enable consistent learning delivery and stakeholder alignment. The team works closely with business leaders, learning teams, and external partners to support scalable and effective learning operations.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8–12 years of total experience, including 5–6 years in faculty management, vendor management, large-scale learning operations, or project/program management
- Experience in training needs analysis and facilitator recruitment and deployment
- Experience supporting cross-border stakeholder management for US-facing teams
- Experience leading teams, workstreams, or operations supporting learning delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience creating and interpreting reports
- Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree
- Experience supporting learning programs for Audit & Assurance or professional services organizations
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools
- Experience with budget planning or resource forecasting for learning operations
