Act as a learning and talent development specialist on effective and leading-edge learning and development designs that align with learning and talent development strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs, training experiences, to help support Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge need to grow Deloitte. Execute and operationalize development programs and processes. Provide functional area expertise to identify, research and resolve complex problems.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the Audit Learning team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, and escalations for audit learning and talent development initiatives
- Partnering with stakeholders across the Audit practice, Talent, Core Talent Services, COEs, and cross-functional teams to support program execution and delivery
- Supporting the design, pilot, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs, including defining business outcomes and documenting results
- Tracking program details, logistics, and execution activities across learning management systems and other supporting tools
- Driving reporting and analysis related to learning planning, program execution, and learning outcomes while ensuring work is completed on time and within scope
The team
The Audit Learning team supports the development of learning experiences that help Audit & Assurance professionals build capabilities, meet business needs, and navigate evolving regulatory and practice requirements. This team works closely with stakeholders across the business to plan, execute, and improve learning programs in a primarily virtual environment. The role requires coordination across multiple teams, responsiveness to changing priorities, and a focus on delivering high-quality learning solutions.

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-5 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, instructional design, program management, or learning operations
- Experience managing project plans, milestones, and deliverables for learning or talent programs
- Experience working with learning management systems and other learning support tools
- Experience communicating program status, risks, and escalations to business and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Preferred:
- Experience supporting learning programs for Audit, Assurance, or other regulated professional services environments
- Experience conducting program research, coordinating content updates, and supporting pilot activities
- Experience preparing learning metrics, reports, or program outcome analysis
- Experience working with stakeholders across Talent, COEs, Business Advisors, or shared services teams
- Experience supporting virtual learning delivery
