Specialist Manager, Talent Development
As a Learning and Development Team Manager at Deloitte, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Audit & Assurance Development CoE. You will be responsible for curating, implementing, and managing best-in-class learning solutions tailored to meet the business needs of our teams in the US and international markets. Work you'll do
As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Audit & Assurance Development CoE team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with US and international stakeholders to identify business needs and define strategic learning initiatives
- Designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions aligned with business outcomes
- Leading learning program development and delivery in coordination with internal teams, facilitators, and external vendors
- Evaluating learning data and program results to identify insights and support continuous improvement
- Managing stakeholder relationships, team development, and program operations, including budgets and forecasts

The Audit & Assurance Development CoE supports learning strategy and delivery for professionals across the practice. The team works with business leaders, talent teams, and subject matter specialists to design and implement learning solutions that build technical capability, support business priorities, and enhance the learner experience. Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 8-12 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, training, or program management
- Experience in training needs identification and analysis
- Experience designing and delivering learning programs or training solutions
- Experience in vendor management and program or project management
- Experience managing stakeholders across geographies
- Experience using Microsoft Office to prepare reports and business materials
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting learning programs in audit and assurance, talent, or professional services environments
- Experience evaluating learning data and using analytics to identify improvement opportunities
- Experience managing learning budgets, forecasts, or resource plans
- Experience leading teams, mentoring professionals, or developing team capability
- Experience working with US and USI stakeholders in a cross-border environment
