Specialist, Controllership- Financial Reporting (CA)
The Financial Reporting Specialist will play a key role in supporting period-end and year-end financial reporting, accounts receivable activities, and compliance-related processes across USI entities. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across reporting, reconciliations, audit support, statutory requirements, and stakeholder coordination. The individual will work closely with internal teams, tax teams, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders, and should be proficient in SAP and financial reporting processes.

- Preparing and recording accounting entries in SAP for period-end, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities for management books and India statutory books
- Supporting reconciliations, accruals, prepaid accounting, and statutory invoice preparation to help ensure completeness and accuracy in financial reporting
- Managing accounts receivable activities, including billing, reconciliations, receivable reporting, and support for client reimbursable and domestic customer transactions
- Supporting compliance and audit requirements by preparing reports, ledger extracts, tax-related information, and documentation for statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, tax teams, auditors, and cross-functional teams to support reporting, statutory close, and compliance deliverables across USI entities

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, controllership, or accounting operations
- Experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations in SAP
- Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, or year-end close activities
- Experience supporting statutory reporting, audit requests, or compliance documentation
- Experience with accounts receivable processes, billing, or receivables reporting
Preferred:
- Experience supporting India statutory books and financial statement preparation
- Experience with tax, goods and services tax (GST), withholding, or compliance reporting
- Experience preparing ledger extracts, annexures, or audit support schedules
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a shared services or enterprise finance environment
- Experience with management reporting, dashboard inputs, or management information system (MIS) reporting
