Services Support Associate II, Records & Compliance (Reporting & Analytics)

As a Services Support Associate II, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the Records & Contracts team, you will be responsible for…
- Coordinating and managing assigned processes, projects, technologies, and initiatives, including identifying required actions and improvements
- Executing research, data analysis, queries, and report generation within records and contracts management and other related systems
- Preparing reports and presentations to provide data visualization and analysis using Microsoft Excel, Structured Query Language, Amazon QuickSight, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Maintaining project documentation and standard operating procedures to support records and contracts processes
- Escalating issues, risks, and decisions to management or other stakeholders as needed and recommending mitigating actions
The team
The R&C team consists of an integrated, cross-functional group of team members, with every role critical to our successful project delivery. R&C partners with each Deloitte business to facilitate compliance with policies and practices related to records and contracts by providing technology, tools and processes tailored to meet their needs. We also play a key role in coordinating with the Office of General Counsel for document preservation requests. The team works closely with stakeholders in developing new processes and collaborates to enhance existing operations.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Advanced computer application skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience analyzing data and identifying insights
- English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with team members across India and the United States
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work output
Preferred:
- Experience using Structured Query Language, Amazon QuickSight, Power Automate, or Power BI
- Experience preparing reports and presentations with data visualization
- Experience maintaining project documentation and standard operating procedures
- Experience supporting records management or contracts management processes
- Experience identifying process improvements in operational workflows
