As a Senior Analyst on our Global Finance team, you’ll expand your expertise in financial reporting and analysis while taking on greater responsibilities in project execution and stakeholder collaboration. In this dynamic, international role, you’ll work across regions and member firms, mentor junior team members, and use your analytical skills to drive process improvements and deliver meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
Work you’ll do
Service delivery
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) by gaining a thorough understanding of finance and business processes and systems. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of financial statement interpretation (e.g., profit and loss, balance sheet) by performing detailed analysis and delivering actionable insights. Manage monthly and quarterly closing, budgeting, and forecasting cycles for assigned business units, including data collection, journal entry posting, variance analysis, and timely report delivery with minimal support.
- Exhibit leadership potential by taking on additional responsibilities, reviewing the quality of work, managing and monitoring deliverables to completion, and serving as a backup for the Assistant Manager or Team Lead. Establish yourself as a key point of contact for the business, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- Design, automate, and maintain advanced financial models, databases, and dashboards to analyze expenses, headcount, travel, and other key cost drivers.
- Act as the primary finance liaison for assigned Profit Centers, resolving stakeholder queries, coordinating deliverables, and fostering transparent communication and trust.
- Develop subject-matter expertise in SAP, Anaplan, Analysis for Office, and advanced Excel, troubleshooting issues, standardizing workflows, and driving system or process enhancements.
- Identify data or process gaps, quantify their impact, and formulate practical recommendations, ensuring remediation is escalated or driven to closure. Support process automation and digital initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation in reporting and analysis.
- Review tasks and activities performed by junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and tracking their performance.
- Mentor and support the onboarding of new analysts, contributing to their professional development and successful integration into the team.
- Partner with Global Finance colleagues and leadership on key initiatives, maintain project documentation, share best practices, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Qualifications required
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline (MBA, CMA, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- 4–6 years of FP&A, accounting, or finance operations experience—ideally in a multinational / global organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial-statement analysis, KPIs/metrics, and the full budgeting and forecasting cycle.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP (ECC), Anaplan, ServiceNow, Analysis for Office, SWIFT, and related ERP / reporting platforms; able to troubleshoot and optimize workflows.
- Expert-level Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, automation); strong PowerPoint abilities; working knowledge of data-visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Clear and concise communicator, comfortable engaging with finance teams, internal clients, and senior leadership.
- High standards for quality and timeliness; performance-driven, proactive in raising issues, and effective at self-management in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated involvement in process improvement or automation initiatives is an advantage.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
