- Supporting day-to-day corporate services activities, including transaction processing, record updates, and request management
- Following standard operating procedures to complete assigned tasks accurately and within defined service levels
- Maintaining data in internal systems, trackers, and reports to support operational visibility and process compliance
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to resolve routine queries, escalate exceptions, and close requests on time
- Performing quality checks on completed work and identifying issues that require correction or follow-up
The team
The USI team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in shared services, corporate services, administrative support, helpdesk support, human resources operations, finance operations, or transaction processing
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience updating and maintaining records in workflow, ticketing, human resources, finance, or service management systems
- Experience processing requests and transactions using documented procedures and service level requirements
- Ability to work 2 PM to 11 PM
Preferred:
- Experience supporting global stakeholders in a shared services environment
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, or Workday
- Experience preparing operational reports, trackers, or dashboards
- Experience performing data quality checks, exception handling, or reconciliation activities
