Position Summary


Deloitte is currently recruiting for a Client Account Management (CAM) Assistant Manager role in USI - to lead core marketing services and account business development functions. This position will report to the client relationship manager (CRE) & Lead business partners and is a critical part of the Account management Team. The CAM manager is directly responsible for shaping vision, strategy, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each of the accounts as well as ensuring a high level of service. The manager will work collaboratively with leadership and business development professionals on key projects to ensure coordination, appropriate leveraging of resources, consistency of approach and effective execution. The CAM manager will work closely with the CRE and LCSP of the account to establish priorities, set strategic direction and will coordinate efforts among each of the functional areas for which they are responsible. The manager will also work with business development team members to enable the maximum level of collaboration and resource allocation.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Client Account Management on the Growth CAM team, you will be responsible for driving and supporting strategic client relationships, sales enablement activities, and governance support for priority accounts in the region.

  • Enable the development of account plans, embed account management practices, and coordinate account workshops.
  • Build relationships with account leadership teams and stakeholders to support initiatives aligned to account growth.
  • Support account strategy execution, including planning, tracking impact, and strengthening market and brand positioning.
  • Manage pursuits and bid support activities, including repository tracking, submission coordination, and win/loss reporting.
  • Conduct secondary research and market intelligence to equip stakeholders with insights, support client conversations, and develop thought leadership content.

The team

Growth CAM team drives the key client programme with a focus on the priority clients and to support the Clients & Industries Lead in the region with the development and delivery of the regional plan. This is an internal business development team, supporting the business to be successful and focused in the market. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills and industry expertise to develop insightful reports delivering significant value to their customers across Deloitte’s global network.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM | 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • MBA or master’s degree in a full-time program
  • 8-10 years of work experience, including at least 3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or business development
  • Experience developing account plans and coordinating account management activities for priority accounts
  • Experience supporting pursuits and managing bid lifecycle activities
  • Experience conducting market research and synthesizing insights for business stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting client feedback programs and engagement reviews
  • Experience tracking service delivery quality, timelines, and request lifecycle activities
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, and thought leadership content for senior stakeholders
  • Experience in cross-selling or up-selling research solutions
  • Experience using research tools such as Bloomberg, D&B, or OneSource
