Join Deloitte's digital team in a role focused on web content management and operations across digital platforms. As a Specialist, Content Management, you will support content updates, publishing, tagging, and governance to help ensure information is accurate, consistent, and delivered through established workflows and quality standards. This role combines hands-on content publishing, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, and process improvement to support effective digital experiences.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Content Management on the Growth team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end web requests from intake through wireframing, stakeholder coordination, publishing, and cross-promotion.
- Publishing and maintaining webpage content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), applying taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and archiving standards.
- Reviewing web deliverables for search engine optimization, web accessibility, brand, user experience, and AI-readiness requirements.
- Monitoring site health and content quality using tools such as Google Search Console and Crownpeak, and resolving publishing issues, blockers, and content defects.
- Partnering with local, EMEA, and Global Digital teams to support testing, communicate platform updates, track content management metrics, and improve content operations processes.

Qualifications
Required:
- 4-6 years of experience in content management, web publishing, or digital content operations
- Experience working with content management systems and website publishing workflows
- Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience applying taxonomy, tagging, archiving, and content governance standards
- Experience managing webpage content and ongoing content maintenance across digital platforms
- Experience reviewing content for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before publication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Crownpeak, or similar site health platforms
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders across teams and geographies in a virtual environment
- Experience supporting search engine optimization or web accessibility requirements
- Experience developing or maintaining content models, taxonomy structures, or metadata standards
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Postgraduate degree
