Join Deloitte’s digital marketing team as a Specialist, Market Research and Insights and help improve search visibility, audience engagement, and digital performance across web and social channels. This role combines technical SEO, content management, and social media execution to support integrated marketing campaigns and digital experiences. You will support content optimization, website maintenance, paid social activities, and performance reporting to help drive measurable outcomes.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Market Research and Insights on the Growth team, you will be responsible for:
- Conduct technical SEO audits and support remediation of crawlability, site architecture, indexation, structured data, canonicalization, sitemap, and robots.txt issues.
- Manage website content updates and publishing workflows, and apply on-page SEO practices including metadata, internal linking, page structure, keyword usage, and content formatting.
- Support keyword research, content audits, and search-led recommendations to improve discoverability, content quality, and user experience.
- Support social media posting and paid social campaign execution across LinkedIn, Meta, and other assigned platforms, including campaign monitoring and optimization.
- Analyze website, content, and campaign performance data, and prepare dashboards, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required:
- 4–6 years of experience in SEO, content management, digital marketing, social media marketing, or digital content roles.
- Experience with technical SEO implementation, including crawlability, indexation, structured data, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files.
- Experience managing website content in content management systems and supporting website publishing workflows.
- Experience applying on-page SEO practices, including keyword optimization, metadata updates, internal linking, page structure, and content formatting.
- Experience supporting digital campaigns across web, search, and social media channels.
- Experience analyzing website, content, or campaign performance data and creating reports, dashboards, or optimization recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Experience with Google Search Console, Crownpeak, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience supporting paid social campaign execution and optimization.
- Experience conducting content audits and implementing updates for outdated or underperforming content.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or digital marketing or SEO certifications.
