Deloitte has recently invested in implementing Salesforce and requires an Analyst to join the Salesforce support team. The primary function of this role is to support all Salesforce user for issue across all data objects, functionalities, reporting and dashboard and educating users on various functionalities for ease of business. Maintaining data quality of the system and ensuring system enhancements are aligned with business need of the Firm
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Technical Project and Program Management on the Internal Client Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Serve as a primary administrator supporting Salesforce users across data objects, system functionality, reporting, dashboards, and user access.
- Partner with users, business leaders, and application maintenance and development teams to troubleshoot issues, gather enhancement requests, and support business requirements.
- Maintain data quality through ongoing updates, cleansing, and mass data management across accounts, opportunities, contacts, leads, campaigns, reports, and dashboards.
- Support operational processes including user onboarding, license management, user acceptance testing, ServiceNow request fulfillment, and process documentation updates.
- Prepare customized reports and dashboards, support administrative and change management activities, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate Salesforce support team.
The team
The Internal Client Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM / 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Any graduate degree or Master of Business Administration (Marketing)
- 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience supporting Salesforce administration across users, data objects, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience with Salesforce data management and data quality activities
- Experience using Data Loader for mass data management
- Experience supporting ServiceNow requests
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Experience supporting users on a global customer relationship management platform
- Experience with data cleansing and basic reporting
- Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Experience with customer relationship management functionalities and marketing automation tools
