Join Deloitte’s Research & Analytics team as an Associate, Market Research and Insights, where you will help practitioners and business leaders turn research findings into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will support strategic research, primary research, data analytics, and thought leadership initiatives that inform business decisions and strengthen client-facing work. You will work across a range of assignments in a fast-paced professional services environment, contributing to high-quality, insight-driven deliverables.
Work you'll do
As an Associate, Market Research and Insights on the Research & Analytics team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting secondary research using proprietary and public sources to support company profiles, competitive intelligence, industry briefings, newsletters, executive profiles, and other research deliverables
- Supporting primary research activities by helping design questionnaires, programming and testing surveys, monitoring fieldwork, and sharing status updates and interim findings
- Preparing data for analysis and developing visual, client-ready outputs using tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense, R, Python, and Excel
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to develop reports, point-of-view materials, thought leadership content, and actionable business insights
- Managing multiple research and analytics assignments while collaborating with Deloitte practitioners and team members to deliver work aligned to quality, confidentiality, and process expectations

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business
- Up to 3 years of experience in research and analytics
- Experience conducting secondary research using databases such as Factiva, OneSource, Thomson Research, or Bloomberg
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience designing, programming, or administering surveys using Confirmit, Qualtrics, or similar platforms
- Experience using analytics or data visualization tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense, R, or Python
- Experience working with corporate brand guidelines and templates
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration
- Experience in a management consulting or professional services environment
- Experience developing company profiles, competitive intelligence, industry briefings, newsletters, or executive profiles
- Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and preparing research reports, point-of-view materials, articles, or blogs
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Access, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Structured Query Language (SQL), or Excel macros
- Experience supporting consumer studies such as buying behavior, market potential assessment, brand perception, or campaign effectiveness assessment
