Position Summary


Join our dynamic Digital team and help enhance Deloitte’s digital presence across internal web platforms. In this role, you will support content publishing, portal maintenance, reporting, and optimization efforts that improve content quality, usability, and user experience. This opportunity is well suited for professionals with experience in SharePoint Modern, content management systems, and digital publishing workflows.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Content Management on the Growth team, you will be responsible for:

  • Review submitted content for duplication, completeness, and consistency with content management standards.
  • Manage content and web links across internal web portals and publish materials in line with taxonomy, tagging, and archiving guidelines.
  • Generate usage reports and analyze content consumption data to support portal performance insights.
  • Follow established document workflow standards for content publication and processing.
  • Collaborate with digital, technology, and client teams on project planning, reporting, platform testing, issue reporting, and SEO activities.

The team

The Hyderabad-based Growth team plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to Deloitte's UK operations across a diverse range of functions, including digital services, content management, reporting, SEO optimisation and IT solutions across the firms intranet platform.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate degree
  • 1+ years of experience with SharePoint Modern
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Nintex, Microsoft Stream, workflows, Adobe Analytics, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience with content management workflows
  • Experience with search engine optimization activities

Preferred:

  • Experience applying branding standards and content workflow guidelines
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience managing content for internal web portals
  • Experience generating or interpreting content usage reports
  • Experience supporting digital publishing or portal administration activities
