Join Deloitte as a Specialist Executive Manager, Project, supporting Governance and PMO activities for business and technology alliance relationships. In this role, you will help create structure, visibility, and consistency across the program by leading operational planning, governance processes, workplan management, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Growth Platforms leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support effective execution across multiple workstreams.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, Project, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Growth Platforms leadership in managing annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles, governance forums, business reviews, and leadership checkpoints
- Owning the design, documentation, maintenance, and governance of operational playbooks, escalation pathways, and operating standards across planning, incentives, and performance-tracking cycles
- Acting as the operations lead for the Growth Platforms program and serving as the primary point of contact for operational matters and stakeholder coordination
- Managing integrated workplans across multiple workstreams, including priorities, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and expected outcomes
- Establishing intake and prioritization processes, governance calendars, meeting agendas, pre-reads, action logs, and decision tracking for leadership and operating forums
- Defining service levels, quality standards, delivery controls, and quality assurance processes for recurring Governance and PMO activities
- Monitoring risks, issues, assumptions, and bottlenecks and escalating material matters to the appropriate leaders
- Leading continuous improvement activities, including process reviews, retrospectives, lessons learned, root-cause analysis, and implementation tracking
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- 10-14 years of experience in enterprise PMO, transformation offices, business operations, sales or alliance operations, portfolio management, process excellence, or consulting delivery
- Experience managing annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles, executive business reviews, governance forums, and leadership checkpoints
- Experience creating, implementing, and governing operational playbooks, standard operating procedures, templates, and delivery controls
- Experience managing structured intake and prioritization processes, integrated workplans, dependencies, decision logs, and escalation processes
- Experience defining service levels, quality standards, operating metrics, and quality assurance practices
- Experience coordinating delivery across specialist teams and global stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, workflow tools, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform
Preferred:
- Experience in alliance, channel, sales operations, technology-partner, professional services, or consulting environments
- Experience mapping and standardizing processes across incentives, performance management, commercial operations, or comparable enterprise functions
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, including retrospectives, lessons learned, root-cause analysis, and implementation tracking
