Join Deloitte’s USI Marketing group as an Associate, Content Management supporting digital campaign activation and execution. In this role, you will help deliver accurate, timely, and compliant campaigns across social and digital advertising platforms. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to launch campaigns, monitor execution details, and support reporting that improves campaign quality and performance.

As an Associate, Content Management on the USI Marketing Digital team, you will be responsible for…
- Activating approved content across social and digital advertising platforms in alignment with campaign specifications and deadlines
- Uploading creative assets, applying targeting parameters, inserting tracking links, and validating campaign setup against brand and governance requirements
- Maintaining accuracy in budgets, placements, naming conventions, and other platform-level details
- Coordinating with Project Managers and Digital Specialists through Workfront to track deliverables and confirm task completion
- Pulling, organizing, and reviewing platform performance data for reporting, audit support, and issue identification
- Escalating delivery issues, setup discrepancies, and platform concerns to channel leads for resolution
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience managing and coordinating digital marketing campaigns
- Experience with Sprinklr, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google advertising platforms, including YouTube and Performance Max
- Experience uploading creative assets, applying targeting parameters, and inserting tracking links in campaign platforms
- Experience analyzing campaign performance data and preparing reporting or audit support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools for campaign optimization, data analysis, or workflow automation
Preferred:
- Experience supporting campaigns targeting North American markets
- Experience with Workfront, Asana, or Jira
- Experience with Reddit Ads Manager, Spotify Ad Studio, Uber Ads, or Waze Ads
- Experience with digital out-of-home platforms such as Vistar, Pattison, or Broadsign
