In this role, you will lead and coordinate campaign activity, strengthen client relationships, activate differentiated brand positioning, and support high-quality execution across marketing initiatives. You will manage timelines, coordinate asset needs, support strategic direction, oversee production partners, and help deliver events and communications that align to industry objectives.
As a valued contributor to a high-performing team, you will use research, analytics, and testing outcomes to improve campaign effectiveness and support industry growth priorities.

- Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of industry campaigns and content programs, including planning, activation, optimization, reporting, and governance.
- Shaping campaign and industry strategy through market intelligence, sector research, competitive analysis, and audience insights.
- Partnering with marketing leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, consolidate requests, and maximize campaign impact and budget.
- Managing CRM data quality, reporting, asset governance, and workflow processes to improve consistency, speed-to-market, and operational effectiveness.
- Using analytics, executive reporting, and event delivery coordination to improve stakeholder visibility, campaign performance, and industry engagement.

Qualifications
Required:
- 8-10 years of experience in industry research and digital marketing campaign management.
- Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional digital marketing campaign launches end-to-end.
- Experience conducting competitive intelligence and market research.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms including Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo, and Sprinklr.
- Experience producing executive-level reporting and data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies, Jira, Confluence, dashboards, reporting, and workflow optimization.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting industry or sector-based marketing programs.
- Experience maintaining customer relationship management data integrity, pipeline hygiene, and account records.
- Experience with workflow platforms such as Workfront, Jupiter, or MyCIM.
- Experience coordinating event delivery and stakeholder communications.
- Experience using Canva or generative artificial intelligence tools in marketing workflows.
