Work you'll do
As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Client Account Management on the Enabling Areas team, you will be responsible for:
- Driving strategic account planning activities, including account workshops, account team cadence, and execution of account priorities.
- Managing end-to-end account initiatives across client relationship management, account operations, account planning, pipeline tracking, contracting, and internal coordination.
- Supporting relationship development by researching clients, identifying growth opportunities, mapping executive relationships, and connecting stakeholders with relevant partners.
- Coordinating pursuit activity with pursuit managers and cross-functional teams to support timely, high-quality responses to client requests and proposals.
- Creating reports, insights, and account assets that help partners and practitioners make informed decisions and have more impactful client conversations.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing.
- 6-8 years of experience in market research, account management, client management, or account operations.
- Experience using secondary research tools such as Factiva and Hoovers.
- Experience managing project plans, account activities, or multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience preparing reports, analyses, dashboards, or trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders through executive-level communications, reporting, or presentations.
Preferred:
- Experience in a professional services firm.
- Experience working with senior partners or leadership stakeholders in a virtual environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams or similar project management and collaboration tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in account or client management.
