In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate all campaign production activities within a focused group, ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives. You will manage project timelines, coordinate asset needs, facilitate strategic direction, oversee production partners, and ensure successful event delivery. Serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, you will align efforts to meet campaign objectives within the Brand and Marketing team.
As a valued contributor to a high-performing team, you will enhance campaign effectiveness by analyzing data and recommending improvements based on testing outcomes. - Owning the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, including discovery, strategy, planning, production, launch, optimization, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Shaping campaign strategy using market intelligence, audience insights, and industry research to inform messaging, channel mix, and offer positioning.
- Partnering with business leaders, squad leads, and cross-functional teams to align campaign priorities, activation plans, and growth opportunities.
- Driving campaign governance, asset management, and delivery processes to improve quality control, speed-to-market, and brand consistency.
- Leading agile squad operations, stakeholder coordination, and performance optimization through analytics, testing outcomes, and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications
Required:
- 7-8 years of experience managing and coordinating digital marketing campaigns.
- Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional digital marketing campaign launches end-to-end.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms including Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo, and Sprinklr.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies or project management frameworks.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency with analytical tools including Power BI, Advanced Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Experience developing campaign strategies using market intelligence, audience insights, or industry research.
- Experience managing activation calendars, content frameworks, or campaign briefs for creative and digital teams.
- Experience supporting event-linked campaign delivery or in-person marketing activations.
- Experience using segmentation or analytics to refine targeting and personalization.
- Experience with marketing workflow platforms such as Workfront, Jupiter, or MyCIM.
- Experience using Canva or generative artificial intelligence tools in marketing workflows.
