Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Client Account Management on the Clients & Markets team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing account support projects, including stakeholder communications, pipeline tracking, prioritization, and delivery
- Supporting account operations by coordinating team cadence, maintaining collaboration activities, and helping keep client experience at the center of account engagement
- Conducting secondary research on companies, sectors, and industries and sharing insights, risks, opportunities, and market developments with client teams
- Developing and maintaining account marketing, proposal, and onboarding materials, and mapping executive relationships to support strategic account plans
- Using internal research tools and GenAI to improve efficiency, while reviewing work from junior team members and providing guidance as needed

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree
- Experience managing stakeholder communications, project prioritization, and project delivery
- Experience conducting secondary research using business databases and public information sources
- Experience developing account materials such as marketing assets, proposal assets, or onboarding assets
- Experience using research tools such as Factiva or Hoovers
- Experience presenting insights, recommendations, or findings to stakeholders
- Experience supporting account, client service, sales, or marketing activities
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a virtual environment
- Experience in client service, marketing, sales, or pre-sales in a professional services organization
- Experience supporting account strategy, planning, or performance tracking
