Join the team which delivers and maximizes the firm’s digital output by providing appropriate support in end-to-end updating & maintenance of websites by supporting the Digital team in digital content management projects. We are specifically looking for professionals with technical knowledge and experience in knowledge/content management systems.
Work you'll do
As an Assistant Manager, Content Management on the Internal Client Services team, you will be responsible for:
- Execute content publishing for Deloitte.com EMEA pages, including scheduling, uploading, and deploying content through the approved content management system.
- Perform pre- and post-publication checks covering formatting, links, metadata, imagery, accessibility, and version control.
- Apply on-page search engine optimization standards during publishing activities, including metadata, internal linking, keyword placement, and image alt text.
- Support website maintenance, content reviews, updates, archiving activities, and campaign execution processes across EMEA markets.
- Coordinate with Global Brand, regional Brand & Marketing teams, site leads, and offshore delivery teams to support timely and compliant delivery of digital content.
The team
The Internal Client Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the EMEA with a wide variety of capabilities like digital, research, financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, website operations, content publishing, or campaign management
- Experience using content management systems for website publishing; Adobe Experience Manager experience is acceptable
- Experience supporting website analytics, content performance reporting, or KPI reporting
- Experience applying search engine optimization practices, including metadata, internal links, keyword placement, and image alt text
- Experience performing website quality checks, including links, formatting, metadata, imagery, accessibility, and version control
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or postgraduate degree with marketing specialization
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale or global websites
- Experience coordinating digital publishing workflows across multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting digital campaign planning and execution processes
- Experience working with accessibility standards and user experience principles
