- Supporting UK Experiential and Clients & Markets teams with the deployment of Cvent assets using existing brand-compliant templates
- Configuring and maintaining Cvent registration forms, event websites, mobile app builds, and reports based on business requirements
- Managing Cvent UK user accounts, access changes, permission levels, and role-based administration activities
- Overseeing project data management activities, including invite list handling, data imports, and data quality checks
- Supporting vendor coordination, governance activities, and project administration for the ongoing UK Cvent implementation
The team
The Marketing Support Team provides crucial support to successfully deliver various marketing activities across the industry and the regional marketing groups in Clients & Markets. The team liaises with various internal teams to deliver marketing activities in line with the Deloitte brand.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST
Qualifications
Required:
- Postgraduate degree
- 4-6 years of experience providing event platform support for large-scale events
- Experience supporting event technology or marketing operations, including Cvent platform administration and configuration
- Experience building or maintaining event registration forms, event websites, mobile app builds, and customized reports
- Experience managing user access, permission structures, and account administration in a shared platform environment
- Experience managing event data, including invite lists, data imports, and data quality checks
- Experience supporting governance, security, privacy, or compliance processes for technology platforms
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration in Marketing
- Experience supporting vendor scoping, documentation, or statement of work preparation
- Experience supporting UK or EMEA stakeholders
- Experience working in professional services environments
- Experience coordinating project administration activities, including meeting agendas, action tracking, and documentation management
- Experience working across matrixed stakeholder groups
