Join the team aligned with CBS Clients & Markets, working as part of an extended NSE. The DRS team consists of industry-aligned professionals who collaborate with Client Relationship Executives (CREs) and Client Account Managers (CAMs) to provide integrated, cross-functional support to Deloitte's priority accounts. This support spans six key impact areas: Client Relationships, Strategic Opportunities, Account Team Operations, Quality and Risk, Commercials, and Leadership. The role is expected to be part of a team of up to 10 individuals, reporting to the Assistant Manager. A Services Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the DRS team.
As a DRS team Services Associate, Business Development and Account Enablement, you will collaborate with senior analysts, Client Relationship Executives (CRE), Client Account Managers (CAM), and other core account leaders on some of our most significant accounts. Your role will involve helping teams build relationships and deliver work, overseeing account operations, and managing activities under account operations. You will ensure that practitioners are well-informed and engaged with clients while maintaining smooth account operations. Working closely with account leadership, you will address clients' most critical challenges by leveraging Deloitte's best resources. Additionally, you will share insights from other account teams and contribute to the innovation of new approaches. You will serve as a vital link between the larger firm, your account teams, and your clients.
Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Business Development and Account Enablement on the DRS team, you will be responsible for:
- Support project management, quality reviews, and deliverable coordination for priority account activities
- Conduct account, industry, and go-to-market research to support account planning, pursuit activities, and pitch development
- Collaborate with Client Relationship Executives, Client Account Managers, and stakeholders across Deloitte teams to align priorities and manage project timelines
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights on account metrics, commercial activity, and operational performance
- Identify opportunities to improve account operations and recommend solutions that support client service and team efficiency

DRS team is aligned to an industry (e.g., Energy, Resources & Industrials, Financial Services; Consumer; Life Sciences & Health Care; or Technology, Media & Telecom and Deloitte Private). We help build and execute client service strategies, optimize internal support, and increase efficiencies to enable our account teams to provide the best Deloitte client experience.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in business research, market research, account operations, or project coordination
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience creating dashboards or reports using Microsoft Power BI
- Experience supporting account management, business development, or stakeholder coordination activities
- Experience conducting research using company databases, public sources, or industry sources
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, economics, or commerce
- Experience working with financial metrics, operational metrics, and key performance indicators
Preferred:
- Experience supporting global account planning, go-to-market strategy, pursuit support, or pitch development
- Experience using research databases such as Dow Jones, Factiva, or Bloomberg
- Experience developing reports, presentations, or visualizations for business stakeholders
