Position Summary

Are you passionate on working with data and creating visually interactive reports and presentations? The role involves working with Real Estate Services (RES) leadership team and supporting them in strategic priorities/initiatives in line with function’s overall business objectives.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Analytics and Insights on the Real Estate Services team, you will be responsible for…

  • Extract, clean, synthesize, and analyze data to develop reports, dashboards, and insights that support real estate strategy and decision-making
  • Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, leadership readouts, summit materials, and customized deliverables based on business needs
  • Support process execution by maintaining standard operating procedures, updating team documentation and project logs, managing team site content, and tracking recurring deliverables
  • Conduct research and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Information Technology and Talent, to gather inputs, improve data quality, and support strategic initiatives
  • Use enterprise-approved artificial intelligence and automation tools, including Generative AI and Power Automate, to streamline research, reporting, documentation, workflow execution, and quality checks

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Business degree or post-graduation degree
  • 3-7 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, analytics, strategy support, or business operations roles
  • Experience working with a U.S.-based company
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience extracting, cleaning, and synthesizing large data sets for reporting or decision support
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate to design, build, and manage automated workflows
  • Experience using enterprise-approved Generative AI tools for research, summarization, presentation development, insight generation, or task automation

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, workplace, or facilities functions
  • Experience preparing executive presentations, leadership summit materials, or customized business deliverables
  • Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, process documentation, or team site content
  • Experience with Visual Basic for Applications, Python, or Java
  • Experience creating or configuring artificial intelligence-assisted workflows, agents, or multi-step automation solutions
  • Understanding of responsible artificial intelligence practices, including output validation, confidentiality, and enterprise tool usage
