The Workplace Experience & Design (WED) Operations role supports Deloitte workplaces by enabling
the systems, tools, and processes that drive workplace measurement, planning, and execution.
Working in close partnership with the U.S. Real Estate Workplace Experience & Design teams, this role
translates strategy, measurement insights, and operational needs into structured workflows, tools, and
actionable plans that support workplace strategy and delivery.
Sitting at the intersection of analytics, operations, workplace strategy, and technology, this role partners
across functions to ensure WED initiatives are data-driven, well-governed, and effectively executed—not
just well-designed.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Analytics and Insights on the Workplace Experience & Design team, you will be
responsible for:
• Translate WED and Real Estate strategy into structured workstreams, execution plans, and
roadmap delivery activities.
• Lead measurement and analytics enablement through dashboards, tools, key performance
indicators, and reporting that support data-driven decisions.
• Support strategic planning, governance, and standards tracking across workplace initiatives,
including forecasting, risk identification, and compliance reporting.
• Improve workflows, tools, and operating processes to increase efficiency, transparency,
scalability, and adoption across teams.
• Coordinate execution across Workplace Experience & Design, Real Estate, WIQ, and Technology
stakeholders to manage dependencies and deliver initiatives.
The team
The Deloitte Real Estate function is an integrated, cross-functional team spanning strategy, workplace
experience, design, operations, and delivery. This role will be based in Hyderabad as part of the USI Real
Estate / Workplace Experience capability and will work directly with U.S. leadership to support a global
workplace portfolio.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
• 5-10 years of experience in workplace strategy, workplace analytics, workplace transformation, or
program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, business, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and advanced Microsoft
Excel.
• Experience with workflow or project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms.
• Experience developing metrics, dashboards, or reporting to support planning and decision[1]making.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, project plans, or operational activities in a structured
environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.
Preferred:
• Background in architecture, workplace design, environmental design, or workplace consulting.
• Familiarity with LEED, WELL, or sustainability and wellness concepts in workplace environments.
• Experience facilitating workshops or structured planning sessions.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Mural or Miro.
• Experience in process improvement, tool implementation, or workflow design.
