- Schedule, manage, and approve video-enabled events and room reservation requests
- Schedule, manage, and host large-scale Zoom events
- Provide scheduling support through phone, email, and instant message channels
- Communicate with Deloitte professionals and external clients across levels and coordinate with other teams and offices
- Provide consultative support to event requestors throughout the request, scheduling, and coordination process
The team
The Event Enablement Team is part of Office Experience group which consists of event coordinators and schedulers. The team operates from multiple locations across US and Hyderabad, India. The team works together to exceed customers’ expectations by providing timely and high-quality solutions for business requests and projects.
Location: Hyderabad

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with 2+ years of experience
- Experience using Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and managing calendars
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
Preferred:
- Experience scheduling or coordinating virtual and hybrid events
- Experience hosting large-scale Zoom events
- Experience supporting room reservation requests
- Experience providing customer support through phone, email, and instant message channels
