Meeting & Event Services supports Deloitte meetings and events by providing end-to-end registration solutions for learning, non-learning, client, and global programs. This role focuses on building and maintaining registration sites, supporting attendee enrollment and hotel reservation processes, and delivering accurate reporting and post-meeting reconciliation. The position works closely with internal stakeholders to help deliver high-quality registration support across national, regional, and global meetings.

- Managing the development, creation, and maintenance of registration sites for Deloitte meetings and events
- Collaborating with meeting planners and internal clients to gather meeting objectives, analyze requirements, and configure registration logic, questions, and workflows
- Extracting registration data and preparing standard and customized reports based on meeting requirements
- Supporting attendee enrollment, hotel reservations, special requests, participant inquiries, and issue resolution related to registration sites
- Handling chargebacks for no-shows and cancellations while maintaining adherence to registration processes and brand standards
The team
We are a team of professionals providing strategic end-to-end solutions for meeting and event needs within Deloitte. We collaborate with meeting planners to provide registration support for Learning, Non-learning, Client, and Global meetings held both at Deloitte University (DU) and outside of DU. The team creates registration websites and coordinates the attendee enrolment information and hotel reservations through an online registration system. We are also responsible for reporting and post-meeting reconciliation with a focus on quality and accuracy. The India team works closely with the US team and Deloitte University (DU) team and provides significant support in building and managing registration sites that are delivered at a national, regional, and global level. As one of the firm’s shared services units, MES strives for optimal customer service and process excellence.

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in meeting registration support, events, campaigns, hospitality, or knowledge management
- Experience building and maintaining registration sites
- Experience working with online registration systems and preparing registration reports
- Experience handling participant inquiries, issue resolution, and special requests
- Experience using Microsoft Office and internet-based business applications

- Experience supporting learning, non-learning, client, or global meetings
- Experience working with internal clients and stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization
- Experience preparing customized reports and post-meeting reconciliation materials
- Experience supporting housing coordination and attendee enrollment activities
