Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject with 0-5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and similar business tools to complete administrative work
- Experience preparing, formatting, and editing business correspondence and deliverables
- Experience supporting administrative processes such as time and expense, request for payment, or workflow tracking
- Ability to work rotational shifts
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Senior Managers, or Managers
