- Lead delivery of administrative support assignments in a fast-paced service center environment while meeting quality and deadline expectations
- Oversee workflow tracking and documentation of project activities in workflow management systems
- Review and guide preparation of correspondence, presentations, and business documents in alignment with Deloitte brand standards
- Coordinate work across national and local teams and support senior stakeholder requests across levels
- Manage administrative activities such as time and expense, request for payment, Swift, SAP, and SharePoint support
- Provide guidance, quality checks, and day-to-day direction to administrative team members as needed
The team
The Workplace Experience – Administrative Business Center team provides administrative support services in a service center environment for business stakeholders across levels. The team supports senior stakeholders and works across national and local teams to deliver consistent, accurate, and high-quality administrative services. This role is part of a collaborative environment focused on execution, responsiveness, and service delivery excellence
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 5:30 AM–2:30 PM; 2 PM–11 PM; 6 PM–3 AM; 9 PM–6 AM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject with 15+ years of administrative experience in a corporate or shared services environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and working proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders such as Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers
- Experience managing administrative processes such as time and expense, request for payment, Swift, SAP, or SharePoint
- Experience reviewing, formatting, and editing business correspondence, presentations, and client deliverables
- Experience coordinating assignment queues, distributing work, or performing quality checks
- Ability to work rotational shifts
Preferred:
- Experience leading or coaching administrative support teams in a service center environment
- Experience coordinating work with national and local teams in virtual and in-person settings
- Experience using workflow management systems to document and track project history
- Experience conducting internet or intranet research for business requests
- Experience supporting process improvement or service delivery initiatives
