Work you'll do

As a Services support Associate II on the Resource Management Organization (RMO) team, you will be responsible for supporting deployment activities with a focus on operational efficiency, process excellence, and customer experience.

  • Maintain proficiency in resource management tools and Deloitte technology resources used for scheduling, data management, and reporting
  • Monitor hygiene and compliance requirements for the assigned population, including staffing tool updates and resume compliance
  • Perform data research, analysis, and reconciliation to support staffing decisions and workforce planning
  • Support Resource Managers with reporting, open needs tracking, and deployment data requirements
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities based on business needs

Resource Management Organization (RMO) plays a key role to ensure the best alignment of practitioners with right skillsets to the right engagements at the right time. The RMO processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals. RMO team culture is open and encourages collaboration, and supports team members to innovate and take initiatives which help them take ownership of their careers and also build their own eminence. From structure standpoint, the Resource Management Organization (RMO) is divided into 2 clear streams:

Staffing support to US India Offices - RM Team

Processes and Information System support for US & US India offices - RMIS Team

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • MBA in Human Resources
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Talent Operations role
  • Experience with data analysis, data research, and data reconciliation
  • Experience supporting staffing, deployment, scheduling, or workforce operations processes

Preferred:

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
