Work you'll do
As a Services support Associate II on the Resource Management Organization (RMO) team, you will be responsible for supporting deployment activities with a focus on operational efficiency, process excellence, and customer experience.
- Maintain proficiency in resource management tools and Deloitte technology resources used for scheduling, data management, and reporting
- Monitor hygiene and compliance requirements for the assigned population, including staffing tool updates and resume compliance
- Perform data research, analysis, and reconciliation to support staffing decisions and workforce planning
- Support Resource Managers with reporting, open needs tracking, and deployment data requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities based on business needs

Staffing support to US India Offices - RM Team
Processes and Information System support for US & US India offices - RMIS Team
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA in Human Resources
- 1-3 years of experience in a Talent Operations role
- Experience with data analysis, data research, and data reconciliation
- Experience supporting staffing, deployment, scheduling, or workforce operations processes
Preferred:
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
