Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Deployment on the Resource Management Organization team, you will be responsible for:
- Manage availability, bench management, and deployment activities for assigned businesses or service lines.
- Collaborate with staffing managers and business stakeholders on demand planning, supply planning, and demand-supply gap management.
- Monitor resource management metrics, governance activities, and data analysis and reconciliation to support business decisions.
- Build relationships with business leaders, managers, practitioners, and talent stakeholders to understand project pipeline, skill needs, and workforce priorities.
- Support schedule conflict resolution, rollover planning, and practitioner alignment based on business requirements, competencies, and market trends.

Resource Management Organization (RMO) plays a key role to ensure the best alignment of practitioners with right skillsets to the right engagements at the right time. The RMO processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals. RMO team culture is open and encourages collaboration and supports team members to innovate and take initiatives which help them take ownership of their careers and build their own eminence. From structure standpoint, the Resource Management Organization (RMO) is divided into 2 clear streams: o Staffing support to US India Offices - RM Team o Processes and Information System support for US & US India offices - RMIS Team
Location: HYD/BLR/MUM/GGN
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Postgraduate degree in any stream
- 3-6 years of total experience
- 3+ years of experience in resource management
- Experience supporting staffing, deployment, capacity planning, or bench management
- Experience with data research, analysis, and reconciliation
- Experience working with scheduling, workforce management, or resource planning tools
Preferred:
- MBA in Human Resources
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Project
