The team supports, develops, writes, and presents market intelligence outputs for internal practitioners across the globe, powering Deloitte’s market strategies with actionable insights.
Work you'll do
As a Manager, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting strategic priorities for the GSIC team in collaboration with senior leadership and the management team
- Driving workstreams aligned to organizational strategy through planning, governance, coordination, and stakeholder management
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, and execution quality
- Supporting operational planning, forecasting, budget management, and progress reporting for the area of responsibility
- Contributing to change initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and team development through coaching and performance management participation

Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) provides research and program management solutions to global Deloitte Member Firms in support of pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports delivering significant value to their customers across Deloitte’s global network. Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
- 10-12 years of experience in a professional services organization
- Program or project management experience, including experience with agile methodologies and process excellence
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
- Experience developing executive-ready presentations, storyboards, dashboards, and reporting outputs using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing key performance indicators and operational data for senior leadership reporting
Preferred:
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives in strategy, operations, or shared services environments
- Experience in stakeholder management across multiple teams and leadership groups
- Experience in operational planning, forecasting, or budget management
- Knowledge of information design tools beyond Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of process excellence or project management practices
