Senior Analyst - Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT)- Global Strategic Insights Center
As a Senior Analyst within the Core Global Strategic Insights Center team for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality research, analysis, and insights to support strategic decision-making across the TMT sector. You will collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and client teams to identify emerging trends, assess market opportunities, and inform go-to-market strategies. This position is ideal for professionals with experience and passion for technology, media, and telecommunications, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business intelligence.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Core Global Strategic Insights Center team, you will be responsible for delivering research and analysis that support strategic decision-making across the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector.
- Conduct secondary research across TMT segments, including software, hardware, semiconductors, telecommunications, digital media, and sports and entertainment.
- Deliver research projects from initiation through completion, including scope definition, analysis, synthesis, and final deliverables.
- Analyze market developments, competitive activity, and emerging technology trends to identify business implications and strategic opportunities.
- Develop industry reports, account reports, presentations, and thought leadership materials for business stakeholders and leadership audiences.
- Present findings, recommendations, and points of view to stakeholders and support the delivery of high-quality workstreams within established timelines.

CoRe Global Strategic Insights Center provides secondary research and analysis services to global Deloitte Member Firms supporting pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports, delivering significant value to customers across Deloitte’s global network. Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA or master’s degree in a related field.
- 3-6 years of work experience in technology research, market intelligence, competitive intelligence, or a similar function.
- Experience conducting secondary research and analysis within one or more TMT segments.
- Experience developing reports, presentations, thought leadership, or other business research deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using research tools or databases such as Gartner, IDC, or Forrester.
- Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools in a research, analysis, or content development environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working on projects for senior leadership or stakeholder groups.
- Experience leading workstreams or reviewing the work of junior team members.
- Experience translating market, company, and technology data into business insights and recommendations.
- Experience creating data visualizations in graphical and tabular formats.
- Exposure to prompt engineering.
